Looking to hire a Candidate in KSA

Here's the process

If your candidate is a Saudi National

Steps to hiring a Saudi National

  1. Get a copy of candidate's National ID, Gosi Cancellation Certificate

  2. If the candidate is married then take their Family's national ID Copies

  3. Get the Labor Contract ready which may take up to 5 days and apply for GOSI Registration

  4. Share Employment terms including 3 months probation (extendable by 3 months), Indefinite contract and 60days Notice period as per govt law

  5. Setup WPS of the candidate for salary payouts

If your candidate is an Expat with Transferable Iqama

Steps to hiring an expat

  1. Get the following documents from the candidate: Valid passport, Valid Iqama, attested educational certificates and medical report

  2. Use Qiwa portal to manage candidates job offer & acceptance

  3. Use Absher portal to manage candidate's exit-reentry and make sure candidate's Iqama is renewed every year

  4. Setup WPS for salary payouts

If you want to hire candidate and relocate to KSA

Steps to hiring an expat located outside of KSA

  1. Complete the E-wakala registration for the candidate

  2. Get the following documents from the candidate: Attested certificate from Saudi Culture and Saudi Embassy, Medical test report from an authorized medical center

  3. Use Qiwa portal to manage candidates job offer & acceptance

  4. On Arrival the candidate is issued a resident card (iqama)

  5. Use Absher portal to manage candidate's exit-reentry and make sure candidate's Iqama is renewed every year

  6. Setup WPS for salary payouts
